Hey guys, I’m an investor that’s based in LA but grew up in Cinci. I left 10 years ago and realize things have changed a lot. 

My goal is to buy and restore a multi family row house in OTR or the surrounding area. Basically a long distance BRRR. Not ready to pull the trigger just yet, but maybe 6-8 months from now. I'm also thinking of renting it furnished or put it up on air bnb.

Having said this, I'm looking for people who can help me in any way. A deal finder, STR manager, trustable handyman, or just anyone with on the ground knowledge.
