Hey !

I'm a beginner to real estate investing from the NYC/Philadelphia area. Creating good cash flow is my primary focus, but pretty tough to do in my neck of the woods so after much consideration I'm looking to invest in Multi-Family Rental Properties in the Cincinnati area.

The market looks good and based on my math I was able to find some decent investments (from what I can tell).

I'm really looking for some boots on the ground to help me with the process of understanding the Cincinnati area and finding a good property/property manager/contractor

Thnx

Im a ny'er (well I was I recently moved South) but I invest in Cincy. Deals are very hard to find right now. There is a good thread on here about neighborhood classes...search Cincinnati and neighborhood grades. Crime is a challenge (just as most cities) so know block by block is important. I use Raids online for police crime data, it's a great resource.

Good luck!
