Any apartments for purchase near the Banks area in Cincinnati ?

Hi BP members,

My husband and I are thinking of buying apartments the Banks area. The thought is that eventually when we downsize we may move in ourselves, but rent it out till then. We love that part of town but for now are in the burbs. We see many nice apartment buildings there but they only rent, and nothing is for sale as an investment property that can be rented until we move in after 7-8 years.

Three questions:

1. Any place that is selling in that part of town ? newer construction preferred to older ones!

2. Any realtors that deal specifically with that part of town that any one can recommend ?

3. What is the best way to research available properties in that general area (Class A/B) ?

Thanks!

Zee
