Replacing an entire roof over some miss colored shingles?!

According to the property manager, it is not possible to obtain tiles of similar color any more, so the entire roof must be replaced. That’s just not make sense, spending 6k$ because a 10 years roof(perfectly fine by house inspection company) have color discrepancy?!..

Does anybody faced this issue before? How should I solve it?

LOL, sorry, but this is one of those nightmare PM stories.  Trust your common sense.  Common sense still trumps someone trying to blind you with science - or legalese.  You'll find out her brother owns a roofing business.
