BRRRR Issues. I have the HML, but where do I get a REFI?

Hey guys,

I have a deal pretty much ready to go, but I wanted to make sure that I have the REFI options before I continue. I do NOT have a proof of income and realize that I'll have to go an unconventional route. Does anyone have any suggestions in the Cleveland area? More specifically South Euclid. Thanks!

What state do you live in? I have a few lender friends throughout the country that are licensed in Ohio that do stated income loans. Depending on where you live, I can make a recommendation.
