I have a deal pretty much ready to go, but I wanted to make sure that I have the REFI options before I continue. I do NOT have a proof of income and realize that I'll have to go an unconventional route. Does anyone have any suggestions in the Cleveland area? More specifically South Euclid. Thanks!

I have everything ready for my first real estate investment. I have the property, contractor, HML, and everything in between that makes this deal ready to go. My only issue is that I do not have a proof of income so I'm having a hard time finding a bank who would want to give me a REFI. I generate an income, but I can't prove it so I am having some trouble here. Help please!

These are the top rental platforms that I use in Hamilton, ON

1. Kijiji

2. Zumper-It links your ad with Padmapper, walkscore.com, and zumper.com-really awesome

3. Facebook Marketplace 

I've rented out 30 units via these platforms since April 2018(very passively) so they've done the job well.
