Sfh #6 in cleveland first off mls deal

Just closed on my 6th home in cleveland. this is in 44135 (152nd st just south of highway 71 close to marriott airport hotel). I got a good deal on a off mls wholesaler listing. purchase price 29k including 4k assignment fee. I used jad boudiab as my realtor to help with additional due diligence. It will cost 9k to make it rent ready incl. a new bathroom.

This is the second below market purchase in cleveland this year for me. both have been estate sales. so if you keep an eye on all the emails and marketplace postings, there is still room for deals. 

Also I am testing the waters on a new PM offering from Jad.
