Looking for Property Managers in Cleveland!

Hey all! 

I'm a virtual real estate investor who currently operates in Chicago, but am looking to get into Cleveland OH to market to off market properties and be able to provide them as rentals to a network of out of state investors. 

I need a rockstar property manager with some great references who can hustle and get deals done with my buyers! At the moment I would love to talk to a manager about different areas of Cleveland so I can better understand the market and where I should be targeting my efforts for that sweet spot between Rent-to-value and tenant class.
