First potential deal, what does everyone think?
Hi all,
Property is a duplex in a college town that is also on a very popular main road. 6 bedroom with average rent around $400/room, probably can get it for around $155k. Currently I am a broke college student but very passionate about REI. Any ideas or suggestions for my first deal, finding financing, or investing in college towns? Thanks everyone

Ian, if you're in Kent there are new city ordinances that prohibit more than 2 different last names on a lease so be aware that a 3 BR can't be leased to 3 different tenants.
