I am visiting Cleveland in a couple of weeks and wanted to see if anyone had time for lunch. I'd like to learn more about your market since I hear you all have some great cash flow out there. Also, any tips on making the most of a two day trip would be great!

@Mike Austin I am an out of state investor in Cleveland. If you have questions I can help. I am not an expert like @Tom Ott is, but a real world investor in that market. I can try to help based on my experiences so far.
