I have three properties (4 doors) in Euclid. I'm done being a landlord and want to sell, ideally all together. Anyone have any tips on how best to do this?

Quote from @Isaiah Elie:

Is there a specific reason why your are done being a landlord ?

I once read a book called "The Subtle Are of Not Giving a F@#$". One of the points in the book was that everything we do has problems, but it's important to pick the problems that we enjoy solving day after day. I don't enjoy these problems as much as I thought I would. And for me there are higher leverage points for my time and money that I do enjoy. It's a great business and these properties are great in the long run. Just time to simplify my life.
