Columbus Resident and Newbie Investor - Looking for PM referrals
Hello,
Would anyone care to post some referrals for good PM's in Columbus? I plan on purchasing some properties in 2020 and would like to start developing these relationships sooner than later.
What is a good rule of thumb for Columbus PM rates (10%)?
Will good PM's work with investors who only rent 1-3 properties?
Thanks!

I'm not from Columbus and can't offer an answer to your question but I can offer a different perspective.
PMs aren't the most friendly, easy to reach people in the world. Right now you have absolutely nothing to offer them except a waste of their time. I wouldn't bother at this point.
In fact I wouldn't bother until you have so many properties you can't handle it on your own. I currently self manage 21 doors in 3 different markets. With a day job and a family and a running habit that takes up entirely too much time.
Just buy a 1%er put in a tenant and learn as you go! And please don't wait until next year. Make it happen before Christmas.
