Hey folks,

I started listening to BP a few months ago and have been studying my local area since. There's a small strip of houses that look to be potentially vacant, yet only one has a for sale sign. What's the best method for inquiring on these? Direct mail? Knock on the door? An online search site?

Thanks for your help!

I would say it depends on how many there are. You could get the Driving for dollars app and that will give you information on the property and then you can mail to them or skip trace the info and call them? If there are only a few I would try to research contact information based on the property address and call them.
