The Month of July Columbus saw the most listings it has seen since last fall. The inventory of homes active on the Columbus MLS was at 5,184. Right now as of 8/28/2018 we are at 5,077 homes, still right around the same number. "The slight increase in inventory is encouraging for buyers," said 2018 Columbus REALTORS® President Sara Walsh. This is just as good for investors too.

Columbus average days on Market is still at 23 days, which is no different than last month. When June hit 23 days it jumped us up to the second hottest market in the country.

There was a slight dip in average sales price in OH, it saw a 2.5% drop from June. However the median sales price is up 6% from June.

Our goal is to keep you guys updated with our local market here in Columbus. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. This data comes directly from our local MLS. Zillow, Trulia, etc pulls this info from our MLS so I think it is always good to go directly to the source.

Happy investing!
