Hi,

My budget is 50k, so I need to buy a house after repairs in 50k. 

From your words I understand that in that budget I can only buy and rend for d class (except “hot” deals off market), is that right?

Witch neighborhoods are c, b class and what budget I need for them?

is there a Guide to Grading Columbus Neighborhoods? somewhere I can find the b,c neighborhood.
