Brad Sumrok Multifamily Conference - Anyone in Columbus?

I Just attended Brad Sumrok's Ratrace to Retirement weekend in Dallas Texas. Columbus and Cincinnati are two markets that he has as potential markets to invest in. I was looking to establish a business connection with anyone that may be in Ohio, in particular Columbus or Cincinnati that has some kind of exposure to Brad's weekend. I thought it was a great weekend and plan to fly our entire real estate team there for the next conference

But in the mean time I'm hoping to connect with anyone that is local or has been to this conference and may be looking at apartments that meet his criteria. I thought his underwriting standards were great and networking was great. Please feel free to PM me
