Just starting my first direct mail campaign. I have about 1300 letters to send out. I have two questions:

1.) What are some good ways to collect the phone calls that i hope the letters will generate? Is it as simple as creating a new voice mail number? Or are there better ways? what if the potential sellers send me a text in response?

2.) Is it common practice to mail the same people every month until I receive a "take me off the list" message or a returned letter?

Thanks so much for any tips or word from experience. This forum stuff is great.
