Raleigh Durham area MLS submarkets
Hello All,
I'm looking to invest in small multi's in NC. However, I'm interested in knowing how your local MLS is divided.
Is Raleigh / Durham the same market? How about Rocky Mount? Goldsboro? Greenville?
Just trying to get the "lay of the land".
Thanks in advance for any feedback / guidance!
