Local Banks and Real Estate Agents

Hello everyone,

I'm a new investor out of state and looks to invest in multi-families or SFH's in Charlotte and its suburbs. Can you recommend on several local banks and real estate agents to work with?

Hi Tal, I’m a Charlotte native, investor and agent. Would love to share my knowledge of the market and go to lenders.

I’m going to step out on a limb and go ahead and say the MF market here is slim as NC is so rural but there are continuous opportunities in SF. Reach out with any questions!
