Building a team in Charlotte

Hi everyone!
I’m brand new to BP and I have enjoyed all the content I’ve read so far. I am currently buy/holding residential and working through my first commercial deal.  I have a back pocket single-family home in the Charlotte area I’m targeting for purchase and I’m wondering if anyone can recommend an intermediary for 1031 exchange? I’m in search of a good CPA who is taking on new clients and obviously understands real estate investment, can be one in the same.  I’m also interested in networking with other investors, let me know if you’re in the area and just like to ramble about real estate.
