What does your current deal sourcing process look like? If you are doing D4D, I think DealMachine is one of the best tools that can give the best bang for the buck. Once you identify a house (distressed and/or vacant) you can skip trace it right at your phone, then you can call the owner or send him/her postcards. We can connect if you want to get into some details.
