Joint ownership agreement

First deal this week. However, I am having an individual help fund the deal. It will be purchased in my LLC 's name. Quick question. Is there a contract/agreement between the two of us that we should enter into to protect our respective interests? If someone had a template that they would be willing to share, that would be ideal. Any help appreciated!
