Hello @Viraj P.  Welcome to the forum!  I have had great results with First Investor Realty & Management.  They are a small company, but prioritize communication, which is rare in this industry.  They have always treated us fairly and have been able to deliver more than promised.  I have no issues recommending them to my friends.  I'm sure they will offer you good service for below market pricing.  Have a great weekend!  Rita.
