Is this offered extended virtually or long distance or requires a person to reside within the vicinity of your location? 

If there's no lease, shouldn't you be able to create one &  raise rents to market value & if the tenants are not willing to pay, you should be able to start the process of getting new ones (tenants) that will pay market value?

There's absolutely NOTHING to be embarrassed about not knowing what you don't know. NOBODY, including ALL experienced & seasoned investors were where we are & didn't start out knowing everything or even half of what they know now @Trevor Smith

The closest areas to the City are already over saturated and well into and above the $1 Million dollar point. The only areas that are still on the rise are Brownsville and East New York. Good Luck

This sounds like a mini REIA in itself that I wouldn't mind attending with you guys @Alex Franks @Pancham G. & @Joseph Fradelakis as long as ya'll don't mind a feminine touch of presence. I would love to soak up the knowledge and expertise from willing seasoned investors. 

Does anyone know of a good, inexpensive R.E. attorney or title company in the NYC area & At what point is the title search done when you come across a property you're interested in; is it before or after the contract is signed but w/ title stipulations/clauses?

is this only specific to Ohio only?
