Accounting for CapEx, Repairs & Maintenance, and Vacancy

Hello All,

I'm getting to know the Las Cruces markets better and analyzing mostly SFHs. I'm wondering what percentage of the gross monthly income investors are accounting for regarding cap ex, repairs and maintenance, and vacancy. How much does that percentage change based on year built and such?

I'd appreciate any help!
