How To Fund a Multi Family Building with No Money Down

Hello BP members, I'm fairly new to real estate investing, But I've been studying for the past few months, researching deals, driving around town. I have come across a building for sale that stands out from all the rest. I wanted to know if it would be smart to make my first deal a multi family deal. Possibly live in one of the units and manage the building by myself unless other circumstances come up. The other problem I have would be funding the deal. I don't have a salary that comes close to a down payment. How can I go about finding the funds, and if i was to move further on analyzing the deal. What should i be looking for? The building is near the Journal Square and multiple bus routes.  Hope to hear back.

Truly yours,
