Hey BP members, I would love to network with investors that have experience in multi family investing. I'm interested in owning 1,000 units! Wait a minute, lets start slow. I'm here to network with people that have knowledge on creative financing. I like the syndication route. But would obviously need a partner because I know my limits. Please if you have knowledge and ideas on such a subject, lets network.

Hey BP members, my name is Jesse, and I'm a inspiring investor. I recently looked into self storage, and I have noticed some investors repurpose old retail centers as climate controlled storage. I would love to network with someone that has experience in this field of investing. Preferably investors in New Jersey, but open for advice from out of state. I need advice on acquisition of the physical building, funding for converting the faculty to storage, and the legalities. I already know I want to use self serve kiosks in my business plan. Just looking to talk one on one with a expert.

Hello BP Members,

I've been a member for a few months, watched mostly all the podcasts, and even had the time to read some forums. I truly believe in investing in rental properties, maybe even start off with a owner occupied loan. But, I recently moved back to my home town, and I noticed more homes in my neighborhood are vacant, taxes are high, and the local power plant is planning on shutting down, worrying the locals about raising the taxes even more.  So rental properties at this point wouldn't fit my schedule or budget. But, I'm dying to invest my money into assets, and it hit me when I was delivering for my job. BILLBOARDS! I see the big companies like Lamar and Outfront etc.. But it was the little billboards that are privately owned that sparked the bulb.

I'm posting to hopefully reach someone with experience in this field of investing, specially in New Jersey. I would love to learn more about the laws, What kind of materials would be the cheapest on a low budget. Even some ways I could market to local businesses. I want to offer locals a better deal then the bigger companies.

Hope to hear back.

Post: How To Fund a Multi Family Building with No Money Down

Hello BP members, I'm fairly new to real estate investing, But I've been studying for the past few months, researching deals, driving around town. I have come across a building for sale that stands out from all the rest. I wanted to know if it would be smart to make my first deal a multi family deal. Possibly live in one of the units and manage the building by myself unless other circumstances come up. The other problem I have would be funding the deal. I don't have a salary that comes close to a down payment. How can I go about finding the funds, and if i was to move further on analyzing the deal. What should i be looking for? The building is near the Journal Square and multiple bus routes.  Hope to hear back.

Truly yours,

Hello, PD members

Im fairly new to BP, I have basic knowledge in investing, But I would love to network with fellow investors in the Northern Jersey market, Currently looking into making my first investment into a multi- family home in Jersey City, NJ. I've been doing my research and it seems like getting a good deal is like finding a needle in a hay stack.  I plan on doing my first deal as a owner occupied property.

looking forward to hearing back

Best,
