Hi all, I'm preparing for my first investment in JC and would love to hear from people who've invested recently for tips on real estate agents, property managers, as well as anyone who may be free to meet up and give some tips on which are the best areas.  thanks!

@Shira Rubin so some local forums don't yet get a lot of traffic so you should include some key words in your post like Jersey City, New Jersey and folks who have those keywords will get alerts and can connect with you.

In addition, you can search your local zip code and find others in the area and reach out to them via the messaging system.
