Landlord tenant court

Hi. Has anyone had to evict post-moratorium? How has it been for you with the tremendous backlog in essex county court? I am having a nightmare with a tenant during these unprecedented times. I have no clue when they'll call our case

@Rashad Ellis

Also try offering the person cash for keys. May be cheaper in long run even though it drives landlords nuts to have to pay someone not paying to leave
