New to Vegas, Bringing $$ with me

I'm coming to Vegas! Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Andrew Bang, I'm a fix and flip lender with Boomerang Capital. We have decided to open an office in Vegas in 2022, I'll be able to start doing loans January 1st (5 days ago). Privately held fund, real private money, No Appraisal, no credit check.
