I’m going to go house hack and looking for a multi family unit so that’s why I’m looking for a good neighborhood. As I said some of the data online is outdated. Not sure If my house hack strategy makes a difference. 

Does Anyone from Omaha Nebraska has knowledge or can guide me on the search on the markets/neighborhoods that have been appreciating with good cash flow? I’ve been doing research online but some of the data is outdated. Thank you!
