I need a good team to help me find/manage rentals in St. Louis

I don't live in Saint Louis but I'm looking to invest there. Experience has taught me that when investing out of state, I need a competent and trustworthy team to succeed. Specifically, I'm looking for a property management company who comes highly recommended, is responsive, professional in every way, and a real estate agent who can help me find specific types of income producing properties. References are a must and I will check them before hiring anyone. I'm hoping I find someone I can stick with, be loyal too, someone who will initially help me put together a portfolio of about 8 single family properties in safe areas that aren't war zones in the greater Saint Louis area (including suburbs). Some purchases may require traditional financing depending upon the circumstances, but most will be cash purchases. I currently own properties in Mesa AZ, Memphis TN, and in Orem UT.  Let's talk!
