Hello all! I'm new to the real estate market and excited about becoming apart of it. I'm  specifically interested in the section 8 housing program for landlords. Can anyone point me in the right direction for steps needed to acquire my property for approval in the program. Also any experiences good or bad would be helpful. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you guys!!!!
