Looking for recommendations for a property management firm in the Kansas City MSA that can oversee a 10 unit complex ( portfolio of 5 duplexes) located in south Kansas City ( Overland Park) area.

    @Colin Douthit at Atlas Property Management is who I always recommend to my clients (I'm in insurance and focus in helping investors, so I get asked this a lot)
