Eviction implications for tenants?

Hi All!

I've just bought my first SFH rental in KS 64138, MO. There is some chance that I'll need to start the eviction process.

So, I wondered,  what are the implications of eviction for the tenants? Is this something that they should be afraid of?

The background is that my current tenants, doing some troubles with rent payment, their lease ends on 31 July, and they bought a house. So, I am curious if it might be in their favor if I'll start the eviction process (since they got a house and maybe want a way out earlier from the lease).

Thank you very much for your help!
