Any insurance tips for the first SFH?

Hello, dear investors and RE experts!

I am an out of USA investor, and I am about to buy my first SFH in 64138, Fairwood+and+Robandee.

Does anyone have general insurance tips for beginners? Any specific insurance tips for this area?
