Good Plumber in the KC Area

I have some good sub contractors if you need any references, but looking for a plumber to do some minor work in some homes I own around the KC (MO and KS) area. I am not looking for cheap. I am looking for good and reasonable priced. Must have insurance.

Just my one experience w/ them, but I had a water heater that went out. BH quoted me $1100 for a fix, or $1300 to replace. To me, that's not reasonable.  I won't ever call them again.
