Kansas City Investors?

These BP forums are amazing, but one of the downsides is that most people are either Newbies or are trying to sell you something.

Wouldn't it be great to connect with other experienced KC investors who have no hidden agendas?

With that in mind, I've started a "KC Investors Group Chat" of people who meet the following criteria:

1) already own at least 1 investment property in the Kansas City area

2) have a passion for REI (love talking about it, always looking to improve their RE business, always looking for their next deal)

3) no professionals or service providers permitted. Investors only. No hidden agendas permitted.

We've got a few people so far, and it's been great networking with each other & learning from each other. But of course it would be great to welcome a few more experienced KC investors into the mix.

It's a great way to chat about everything including locations, financing, contractors, property mgmt, rehabbing, finding & screening tenants, insurance, taxes, etc... And everyone's a KC investment property owner with no hidden agendas.

One other thing... The group chat occurs via GroupMe (it's a free app that you can use on your phone, or access via a web site, for group texting / group chatting). That way, you can join the chat regardless of where you live - even if you're an out of state investor like me!
