I've been thinking about starting a Real Estate investing services business.  What services do most Real Estate investors need.

I was thinking, Clean out/up when you 1st get the property and construction clean up. Staging. Landscaping upkeep, mowing the grass, shoveling the snow, etc.

How much do people pay for these services?
