Goal Setting for 2021

We raised $2.85 Million for our Funds in 2020. Given the turbulent nature of this year, I'm happy about that!

For 2021, I want to get to the $10 Million mark. All the business goals I set and tasks that I give myself will be towards fulfilling that goal.

What goals are you setting for yourself? What do you need to get there?

My 2021 Goals. 

1.  Make $1k in income per day from my Businesses & Assets.

2.  See 10 live music concerts.

3.  Buy 12 Assets, 1 per month. Either a Non Performing or a RePerforming 2nd Mortgage.

4.  Continue to work on my relationships with my family, friends and clients. Giving them the best version of me. Adding value to their lives and helping them anyway I can.

5. Continue to build my Portfolio: My LLC, HSA and SDIRAs.

6. Open both of my kids Roth SDIRAs.

7. Have my Asset Management Company be hired to manage at least 100 Non Performing 2nds from my Clients.

8. Sell at least 25 of my Education Programs.
