Can anyone respond with their thoughts on land trusts set up for each IP.  Pros and cons.  Who do you use to set up. How much does it cost.

Who is United tax liens? If they are a company that searches out tax liens and presents them to you for purchase I would run the other way period just my opinion but what I have seen from other companies that offer this wonderful service is that their gurus go through and pick out all the good ones and then put all the leftovers out there for everyone else. Usually empty lots and burned out buildings and things in war zones. My advice would be to research your own and buy your own. I've been buying tax liens in Iowa for 22 years. I see all kinds of things and I would not buy liens from a company that sorted them for me
