Strategy to generate fee income selling performing note

Hello BiggerPockets family . Would anyone be willing to share a strategy or idea to earn some sort of fee income by purchasing performing notes?

Like is there anyway to flip a performing note lol ???

Takes a LOT of knowledge, education, skill and capital. About a zillion , “cash flow experts” all have the same websites, same weak marketing strategy, attended the same misleading seminars, and obtain the same failed result.

This is a BUSINESS, and the same attributes required for success in any business are required here ; in addition an understanding of, and aptitude for mathematics is essential.
