I am OLD school.  only two great books on real estate investing

1. How I Turned $3,000 into $5,000,000  in Real Estate in My spare Time by William Nickerson, first published in 1954

2. Invest in Debt by Jimmy Napier, first published 1975

Everything else ever published with the exception of textbooks about RE investing is fluff, exaggeration, promotion, biased, misleading or flat out incorrect.

LOL, Feel free to disagree, of course!
