Does anyone have a template contract for purchasing notes with investors in JV mode ?

Dror, your location is listed as Israel.

Investing with more than one person can be a regulated activity. More so, if the investors are not part of. the achievement management team. There are rules at the federal and state level. The rules tend to align with where the investor lives and not where the investment is located. So, Israel might have some rules which kick in (I know the UK's FCA has rules for collective investment schemes and anything past one investor is a collective scheme even if they are the equivalent of accredited).

Careful with this topic. And any decent contact needs a lawyer to make sure it is fit for purpose in the location it is being used. Likely to be the state where the note is located. You might need a registered company in more than one state if you ever expect to take legal action against the borrower.
