What to do after obtaining deed

I’m in West Virginia, close to the redemption period being over and I’m not 100 percent sure on the next steps if I receive the deed. What is the best way to go about clearing the title in order for me to sell it on the market. 2 of my lines are on river lots, is anyone on here familiar with the laws when it comes to there campers being left on the property once I receive the deed ?

2 ways to clear deed.

1. You pay an attorney to do a quiet title action.

2. You get quit claim deeds from previous owners. If there was an old mortgage you get a lien release from them also. If the county noticed everyone properly it can be cleared up that easy and then get title insurance.

If you have no intentions of selling then you don't have to do a thing. I keep tax deed houses and just rent them. You can also sell to a cash buyer with a QC deed.
