Note Investing In Small Businesses

Adam Toth-Fejel
Posted

I am not sure if this is the best forum to post this in but I think note investing with home mortgages can be similar to small business loans? My question is if anyone here could point me in the right direction in terms of finding more information about this.  Perhaps a book talking about all the different kinds of debt/note investing that is possible.  Thank you.

@Adam Toth-Fejel

You are correct in that note Investing is more of a business than traditional passive investing in rentals or syndications, etc.

As far as education goes, Scott Carson with We Clos Notes does an amazing job of providing content. Scott is the reason I’m in this business.  Check out the Note Closers Podcast for all things Notes.

I’m a student of his, just FYI so I’m biased here lol.

If you’re interested in jumping on the phone to discuss more, I would be happy to share my journey thus far.
