Hi Bryan have a couple questions, I just talk to financial visor ,he said a plan like that would be very Expensive, also was wondering how rent works with it set up to go back into the 401k?

Can I do (pay or vacate) then file eviction if not paid?

Not sure what New your state regulations are regarding Evictions 

I Just recently Bought a two family property, from my grandparents in Albany New York, I’ve had the property for three months now they’ve been late every time and now can’t get a hold of either Tenet. And there 15 days past due what should I do?
