I purchased a tax lien in SC a year ago. The redemption period just ended. How do I go about foreclosing on the property or where can I find info on this?

@Kamaria M. Johnson You don't have to spend a dime or do a thing. The county will take care of everything that needs to be done. Wait by your mailbox the deed will be mailed to you.

That is why SC is in the top 5 of all states to invest in Tax Liens.

Congrats on getting a property!
