Marketing for your note business

I have bought and sold a number of real estate properties and would like to get into the note buying business. I would most probably passing on notes to other end buyers, however, I will also be keeping the good ones for myself.

I was wondering what is your most successful type of marketing for your note business?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
