Quick question if a property purchase at a tax sale and I did preservation improvement on it paid taxes 2 yrs and had possession can I get certificate transfer over from family member name too mines without redemption period starting all over or do it remain same after transfer? Cuase I was told in 2019 I can file for deed but I'm trying get it transferred out my sister name  too mines how does this work 

Im trying to see what do buying interest of land mean? Do you have immediately possession of land and what's the redemption periods for land is it still 3 years?

I have a question buying a house with  3 years owe do u get deed or certificate? Cuase they only gave me a certificate. My question is if I pay for the next year will they give me the deed since I paid 4 years?
